@Mullenphotography - Thanks Tom. Nope, no ladder...just a monopod which I'm holding with my right hand out of view of the shot. I used the timer to capture the image. As much as I'd love to say I just tossed my camera up in the air (the way Kevin Swan does it)...but I'm not that patient! LOL

@bluesky93 - Ya I was at WPPI last year when he did that on the stage.. It was pretty scary throwing a 5D up in the air that high!
